Thanks for a very neat plumbing job. We thought a softener couldn’t be fitted in our house but you re-routed the rising main to the sink leaving an easy and clean job for our kitchen fitters, We now have the kitchen we want but more importantly it should last a hell of a lot longer without the stains on sink, dishwasher, draining board or kettle! Just wanted to thank you for your excellent advice, service and support in helping me to install the crown water softener system I recently purchased from your company. The system was finally turned on about 2 weeks ago and is working great! The Great Tahoe filter is superb. I installed the filter Thursday night and had great tasting coffee Friday morning.

I just had to write and tell you how pleased my husband and I are with our Crown Block Salt Softener. It uses much less salt than our previous water softener and seems to be much more efficient. Also, I would like to thank you for answering questions for us before purchasing and the timely manner in which you delivered and installed the system. The softener is up and running. Enclosed is a photo of my installation. All work was done by me. The valve set and T-pieces were very easy to put together making the installation very quick. All the parts were there in the DIY kit (which is unusual nowadays!). Makes a nice change to put only 2 bricks at a time instead of the usual 25kilo bag.

Having had to replace my kitchen tap twice in 3 years, due to limescale, I am delighted with my softener - not only is there no limescale but soap is now useful!.......

I had done quite a bit of research into softeners and am really happy with the Crown softener.......
